IN PERSON TRAINING
ONE-HOUR ASSESSMENT
Our initial, mandatory one-hour assessment is a detailed evaluation of your current physical well-being.
First, we will examine the effectiveness of your breathing patterns and analyze how your joints are stacked in a rested posture. We will then conduct a detailed gait analysis by filming your movement in slow motion.
Gait is the specific sequence the body goes through when walking and running. Observing an individual’s specific movement patterns allows us to see deeper into a body’s functional capacity. For example, if your body does not lightly absorb the shock from the ground when you run, we can potentially pinpoint a compression somewhere up the kinetic chain, like the ankle, knee, hip, lower back, and spine. Our techniques will help anchor the stress off of these compressed areas which will then reduce inflammation and alleviate chronic aches and pains.

These sessions offer a deeply personalized approach, focusing on individual issues and facilitating targeted changes. Our practitioners work closely with clients to enhance their movement patterns, especially in the gait cycle. This setting allows for intensive focus on specific needs, enabling significant improvements in posture, movement efficiency, and overall biomechanics. This targeted approach in private training is essential for those seeking to address specific movement challenges and achieve optimal functional performance. As part of the membership, you'll benefit from evaluations to track your progress. Our experts will assess your posture, body composition, and gait at our gym. These evaluations provide valuable insights into your fitness journey, enabling us to further tailor your training plan for optimal results.
2. SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Elevate your training with our exclusive semi-private training experience. In semi-private training, you can perform your homework assigned by your practitioner or consult with on-floor practitioners for Fundamentals and Performance class programming. It's an open-door policy - arrive when you wish, stay as long as you like, and leave when you feel complete. Experience the personalized attention and cueing similar to a private session, albeit slightly adapted for the group setting. Our dedicated practitioners are committed to ensuring that you receive the guidance and support you need to excel on your fitness journey. You'll benefit from their expertise and coaching to maximize your performance while enjoying the dynamic group environment.
3. UNLIMITED GROUP CLASS ACCESS
Enjoy unlimited access to our Fundamentals and Performance group classes. Our classes offer an opportunity to experience camaraderie and energy while translating your knowledge from private training and semi-private training sessions into a class setting. Everyone is highly encouraging and supportive of one another, creating a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere for your fitness journey. This unique opportunity not only allows you to practice your exercises, homework, or workout routines independently but also encourages community interaction.
