Functional Kids Camp

Where Posture Meets Play

This isn’t your average
kids camp

The Functional Kids Camp is an after-school movement program designed to help 4th and 5th graders build coordination, confidence, and strength through Functional Patterns–based training.

This camp emphasizes posture, balance, and body awareness in a fun, supportive environment — helping kids move better now and develop lifelong physical literacy.

A trainer instructs two children during a workout session in a gym, with one girl lifting a weighted ball overhead and a boy standing with a medicine ball, while other children and gym equipment are visible in the background.

Posture & Strength Drills – Build healthy movement habits that last. We cover core strength, posture, balance, and coordination drills.

Movement Games & Team Activities – Fun, interactive, and confidence-boosting movements focused on running, jumping and throwing mechanics.

Recovery Techniques – Learn how to take care of growing bodies with myofascial tools, breathing mechanics and body awareness techniques.

Small Group Coaching – A maximum of 10 kids per session for more focused attention. Kids will experience the value of teamwork, discipline, and consistency.
